Privacy Policy

Purpose
Wildfire Local uses this internal connector to access Google Business Profile information only for businesses that have authorized Wildfire Local to manage their profiles.
Google data we access
The connector requests only the Google Business Profile management permission. It currently reads the authorized account list and Business Profile location details such as business name, category, address, phone, website, service area, and profile status.
How data is used
Data is used only to identify, audit, and synchronize Business Profiles that Wildfire Local is authorized to manage. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to build unrelated user profiles.
Storage and security
OAuth refresh credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the authorized Wildfire Local owner. Access tokens remain request-local and are not stored.
Sharing
We do not share Google user data with third parties except service providers required to operate the connector, when directed by the authorized business, or when legally required. Service providers receive only the access necessary to perform their function.
Retention and deletion
Connection credentials and synchronized data are retained only while needed to provide authorized services. Access can be revoked through the Google Account connections page. A client may request disconnection or deletion by contacting Wildfire Local.
Google API Services policy
Wildfire Local’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
